Terk’s Acres Awarded at ADGA Dairy Goat Show

The St. John’s County Agricultural Fair hosted their 2nd American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) nationally sanctioned dairy goat show Oct 23-24, 2010. Over 250 dairy goats were shown and of them, several of Terk’s Acres entered goats were well rewarded.

Breakfast of Champions

The puppies (a few of them) eating “The Breakfast of Champions” made from our goat’s milk.

Terk’s Acres goat milk was recently used to supplement a litter of champion Rottweiler pups and also a large litter of Belgian Malinois.

Comments from the breeder of the Belgian Malinois pups:

“This is Karma’s (a Belgian Malinois) first litter. She had 11 puppies which would be hard on any female much less a first timer. I started supplementing them with goat’s milk on the day that they turned 2 wks of age. Here is a photo of their third ”meal” at 4 wks old.”
